When to use Whisper
Whisper’s War skill switches on only when you lead or join a rally. In any other battle it does nothing, so a trio built for a different battle leaves Whisper idle. Read the pick-by-battle table to see who else boosts rally battles.
As a joiner, Whisper brings only the 1st War skill: Curse (Reduces enemy troops' DEF by 20%). That counts in Cage. MIRÖX’s call: join a rally with Whisper, S-tier.

Exclusive Equipment: Illusional Kiss
Bomber HP and Lethality +66.15% at Lv.9.
Season 3 equipment adds +7.35% troop HP and Lethality per level, up to +73.5% at Lv.10 (378,000 power). Maxing it takes 550 parts. In most heroes the rate is set by season, not by the hero: see the Season Rule. Known exceptions: Tyronn and Phoenix.

Hero skills
Whisper has six hero skills, levelled from 1 to 5. Arrest skills work in Whisper’s own fights. War skills boost your troops in the battles Whisper marches in. In a rally, a joiner brings only the first War skill of the first hero: for Whisper that is Curse.
Elixir Steam
Releases healing steam centered on the caster, restoring HP equal to ATK*60% to units within range every 0.5 seconds.
Fatal Rush
Deals DMG equal to ATK*195% to a single target and Stuns them for 1 second.

Disruptive Arrows
Basic attacks have a 20% chance to reduce the target's DMG dealt by 33% for 3 seconds.

Each round has a 20% chance to become immune to all DMG.
Erosion
