When to use Sawyer
Sawyer’s War skill switches on only when you lead or join a rally. In any other battle it does nothing, so a trio built for a different battle leaves Sawyer idle. Read the pick-by-battle table to see who else boosts rally battles.
As a joiner, Sawyer brings only the 1st War skill: Rust Erosion (Reduces enemy troops' HP by 20%). That adds little in Cage. MIRÖX’s call: lead the rally with Sawyer, S-tier.

Exclusive Equipment: Meat Grinder
Shooter HP and Lethality +73.5% at Lv.10.
Season 3 equipment adds +7.35% troop HP and Lethality per level, up to +73.5% at Lv.10 (378,000 power). Maxing it takes 550 parts. In most heroes the rate is set by season, not by the hero: see the Season Rule. Known exceptions: Tyronn and Phoenix.

Hero skills
Sawyer has six hero skills, levelled from 1 to 5. Arrest skills work in Sawyer’s own fights. War skills boost your troops in the battles Sawyer marches in. In a rally, a joiner brings only the first War skill of the first hero: for Sawyer that is Rust Erosion.
Saw Frenzy
Deals AoE DMG equal to ATK*290% and Stuns the hit target for 1.5 seconds.
Steel Tear
Deals DMG equal to ATK*210% to a single target and reduces the target's DEF by 25% for 3 seconds.
Shell Blast
After every 5 basic attacks, the next attack deals AoE DMG equal to ATK*124%.
Rust Erosion
Reduces enemy troops' HP by 20%.
Rage Strike
Increases all allied troops' ATK by 25%.
Steel Rend
Increases troops' HP by 25%. After the battle, if the enemy force is reduced to 70% or less of their initial number, the providers of Stat Bonuses to that troop receive a DEF Reduction debuff of 5% for 5 seconds.
