When to use Wukong
Wukong’s War skill switches on only when you lead or join a rally. In any other battle it does nothing, so a trio built for a different battle leaves Wukong idle. Read the pick-by-battle table to see who else boosts rally battles.
Exclusive Equipment: Divine Power
Bomber HP and Lethality +140% at Lv.10.
Season 6 equipment adds +14% troop HP and Lethality per level, up to +140% at Lv.10 (720,900 power). Maxing it takes 550 parts. In most heroes the rate is set by season, not by the hero: see the Season Rule. Known exceptions: Tyronn and Phoenix.
Odd levels raise the Arrest skill, even levels the War skill

Increases ATK by 10%, and when Bludgeon Strike deals DMG, restores HP equal to DMG dealt * 45%.

War skills boost every troop, in one kind of battle.
Hero skills
Wukong has six hero skills, levelled from 1 to 5. Arrest skills work in Wukong’s own fights. War skills boost your troops in the battles Wukong marches in. In a rally, a joiner brings only the first War skill of the first hero: for Wukong that is Calamity Inferno.
Bludgeon Strike
Deals AoE DMG equal to ATK*320%.
Phantom Clone
Summons 2 clones to assist in battle for 8s. Clones have 45% of the original's ATK, DEF, and HP, and can use the Celestial Fury effect.
Celestial Fury
For every 4 Basic Attacks, the next one deals DMG equal to ATK*180% and restores HP equal to ATK*80%.
Calamity Inferno
Every 3 rounds, allied Bombers deal Tactical DMG equal to ATK*150%.
Battle Fervor
Increases allied Bombers DMG by 25%.
Battle Hardened
Increases allied troops DMG by 25%.
